How to make wine
Since we are going to make our wine in the juice box, we need to make space for sugar and yeast. So we set aside a glass of juice.
With the help of a funnel, we pour half a glass of sugar into our juice box.
We close our juice box tightly and shake it well.
We need our sugar to melt.Again, we pour a teaspoon of Dr.oetker instant yeast with the help of a funnel.
After this stage we have to be very gentle and not shake the box so that the yeast does not settle to the bottom. We gently place a balloon in the mouth of our bottle and make a total of 4 holes with the help of a needle.
It would be ideal to drill 6 holes in the spring and increase the number of holes to 8 in the summer. We put a container under it and put it in a dark cupboard without shaking it too much.
The reason for the container underneath is just a precaution in case the wine becomes too active and overflows. If you have done exactly what I have said, your balloon will start to inflate within a day. This shows that our yeast has started to work. After 14 days of waiting in this way, you can cool it down and drink it cold.
When you pour it into your glass, do not shake the can so that the dead yeast that has settled to the bottom does not get into your glass and you do not consume the bottom.
